"Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "

"This property is a death trap. Smoke detector hanging down from ceiling. Plug sockets not attached to wall loose wires. Dirty bath and window sill dirty hadn’t seen a damp cloth in god knows how long. Staff apologised but it wasn’t good enough. We have requested a full refund which they agreed to so I suppose I’ll have to fight for it!!"
