"The lady who I’m guessing was the chick running the show was so extremely rude. She got mad at me when we arrived and I asked how to check in? She then just loooed at me when I asked where our room was! Just so unhelpful and awkward. There were 10 adults and 7 kids and we all felt on edge and judged the whole time. We were questioned and basically refused when we asked for fresh towels after 4 days and it had been raining so we were drying ourselves with wet stinky towels. We were lectured upon...
