"This is the worst HOTEL LiVEMAX I have stayed in. This is a Japanese hotel chain that mainly serves businessmen. I do not expect much from LiVEMAX hotels. My reservation was for two nights. I only stayed one night. Most "love hotels" are cleaner and nicer than this dump. Ignore any of the good reviews for this property."

"Great stay! We had originally booked a different stay in Osaka that felt extremely unsafe when we arrived, so we took a chance and quickly booked a stay here instead. So relieved that when we got here we felt much safer! Everything was clean and the staff were very kind. Laundry machines were a huge help. So glad we came here!"

"So close to station, great food options. Close to washing facilities as there is no washing machine in room. Very easy to check in and out. Would stay at again."

"The room was just perfect. You do own check in and out. Supermarkets and shopping near. Transportation is 5 min away. Super quiet. Some people will say it is far but far means dicovering new places and gems. I was even able to walk to Centeral areas, i enjoy walking in new cities. Also, very good connection to airport Kensai. Vending available. Own Room with hot and vold and all that you need. LAMU supermarket walkable and very good prices and open 24 hours. Some hidden restaurants tasty and not...

"ツインに娘と泊まりました。 建物は年季が入っていると思うのですが、水回りはリフォームされてるみたいで問題なし。 立地も駅から近いし海遊館まで徒歩で行けるので、とても便利です。 駐車場代が安く、宿泊料もかなりお値打ちなのでまた利用したいと思います。 小型犬2匹お出迎えしてくれるので、娘は喜んでいましたが、犬が苦手な人はビックリしちゃうかもしれません。"
