"I like the fact they are renovating. I’ve stayed there twice. 2nd time the bed wasn’t as comfortable. Pillows seemed flat…need to be replaced. And importantly they need to focus more on the free breakfast and keep everything filled and hot. AC works great, and a very friendly, helpful staff. "

"The main reason i booked this place rather than a few other options i had was for the hotub and when i arrived it had caution tape around it. After a long day of hiking i was looking forward to the hot water. I wish i would have known in advance. Other than that the stay was great. Smelled really good , clean , good breakfast ,staff."

We parked the car and didn't move it for three days as we could walk to wineries, restaurants, museums, and historic sites. We found the hosts most helpful and available. We would recommend the Dufour House to anyone wanting to enjoy a quiet but active vacation in Ste Genevieve, Missouri"
