"Did not see/ feel a single bug. No elevator, only stairs. I appreciate there were 4 pillows on each queen bed. Free breakfast buffet got me on the road that much faster. They charged my card at check in, so I just had to return my keys at check-out"

"Glad to have chairs outside of the door"

"Need to put heat under food bar."

"The bathroom countertop was not clean. When I walked up stairs to our room there was a flosser laying on the stairs and several wrappers laying on the ground. Staff was friendly, room was great , beds comfy and room had large fridge and stove and dishwasher. I was surprised!!! Other than the trash outside it was a very nice hotel and would stay again!!!"

"Terrible"

"This is a great location in Springfield - very close to many cool attractions and within reasonable walking distance. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The only negatives were no view out of our window (it overlooked the parking lot) and the towels felt rough, not plush. While we didn't stay for breakfast, there was plenty to choose from and the coffee was good."
