This is a very nice place to stay. I booked another night here. It's clean, very comfortable, little noise. The breakfast is the usual stuff, eggs, waffles, sausage, juice, coffee, fruit and pastries. They have wifi, and some of the TV apps so you can watch movies, shows, or documentaries. The beds are super comfy and clean! Pillows are like marshmallows for your head! Everything in the room works, and if I needed anything, the staff is quick to respond. I recommend this property and will definitely book again next time!

The check in staff was super sweet and helpful. We didn't get a fork with the food we had ordered from a local restaurant but, the night staff was super kind in finding some for us. Thank you so much for that! The room was easy to find. The hotel was super welcoming with Christmas decor and very clean.

Our room was very clean and we had access to all the things we needed when traveling. We didn't have time to use the pool or exercise room due to our schedule, but we will most likely stay here again in the future.

Courteous staff, clean room with nice heavy weight comforter. The mattress was a bit too firm (it felt worn out), but everything else was perfect. Breakfast was the usual hotel menu, but top of the line. The orange juice was not watered down, the eggs were scrambled, but tasted like eggs, etc. Clean buffet room. Great stay! Will be back.

Best Western has bought this hotel, so there was no "Greenstay" signage, making it hard to find. The room was clean and furnishings new. The lobby was a nice place to gather, and on Sat afternoon the front desk clerk replenished the coffee, which we appreciated. The breakfast offered a variety of foods, however, the warming trays for the hot food must not have been on as the eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits were not hot. The waffle batter was too runny and there were no instructions on the waffle cooker. I had to go to the front desk to report that biscuits needed replenishing. As we left the hotel that morning, the staffer in charge of the breakfast was chatting away with the front desk clerk when she should have been at her food station.
