"Family of 4 with very young children. Very clean hotel room. Stayed for one night only. Dave and Adam were very considerate to us. Dave allowed us to have early check-in before 12 noon as we arrived early and Adam gave us more time to prepare to check out and Adam allowed us to leave our luggage in the reception for free as our train will be in the afternoon. "I was pleasantly surprised when I got into my room and found that it was very clean and had enough room to have a comfortable stay. The beds were really good, enough pillows so I didn't need to ask for more like other places I've stayed in. Great view of the Tower. The lift was a godsend due to my mobility issues. I can't speak highly enough of the family who run the hotel as if you are staying in their home. As a solo guest I was treated like a part of the family, which was amazing. I would...

"Excellent value B&B. Single room was small but clean, the bed was comfy and the shower as good as any. Nearby car park and there is the possibility of free on-street parking a few blocks’ walk away. Handy location for Tower and North Beach."

"Unable to contact staff during the few hours i stayed. The bathroom had an alarming amount of mold. I left the hotel hours after checking in, unable to make a complaint on account t of a lack of staff."
