"Nikki the desk clerk when I checked in, was the most pleasant, professional and very confident in her job. You could tell she really enjoyed doing what she was doing. Thank You Nikki you made the start of our trip wonderful. For the price the place is doable clean, safe and comfortable."

"This hotel has drainage problems . We have stayed several different times and the shower and sinks draining is an issue almost everytime but the location is nice"

"Very unassuming from the outside, this inside is very very nice! It was clean and the staff was excellent!"

"What made this special was the coffee in the breakfast room. Each cup was made individually with the beans being ground for each cup. We love coffee. Lol"

"It wasnt anything super special but it was clean, roof over my head, and safe."

"I liked the friendliness of the staff. The moment I walked through the front doors I could smell the cleanliness. I knew I wasn’t going to have any issues with my room immediately. Upon opening room door it was clean and smelled like the rest of the hotel. I will be staying again."

"Aside from a clock that was not functioning properly and the sliding curtain not blocking out more of the external lights no issues to speak of. Would have preferred a single bed room as per my booking but the dual bed room worked out nicely and unlike other hotels I have booked this one was non smoking as requested."

"Staff breakfast clean room"

"Awesome location to downtown and UGA; spacious room and bathroom for our family of 4. Loved the sitting area too"

"While the location was the reason I chose the hotel. It was disappointing to open the room and find several three used dental floss picks throughout the room. The staff were nice but the cleaning staff avoided our room. It may have been that I have a Service Dog?! We were gone most of the day returning in the late afternoon around 4:30pm. The cleaning staff were well past our room down the hall. So this was a bit disappointing that they never came in to empty the trash etc. Also our neighbor...

"This hotel is so run down and dirty. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes and dirty feet. The toilet wouldn’t flush & when we went to check the flusher the tank was covered in black mold. The carpets are super dirty too. With the insane amount they charge on UGA game weekends, you’d think they could deep clean, paint, repair it. Also, even though check out is at 11am, your key stops working early in the morning of check out. So if you even go to your car for something, it will take a...

"Good stay"

"Great people friendly staff"

"This was a great hotel - clean room, great breakfast, and friendly staff."

"There were people smoking marijuana when we arrived at 8 PM. The staff was outside the hotel's front entrance, just hanging out. There was mold on our bathroom ceiling. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns on it. The room had a strong odor. The furniture was old and needed replacing. The small mini fridge wasn't suitable for storing food."
