"The facilities and my room were very clean, and all of the staff were kind, considerate, helpful, and attentive.. Thank you!"

"Nice, clean hotel"

"Absolutely horrid rooms, browns stains everywhere, walls are falling apart, doors unable to fully lock, strangers looking impaired walking in and yelling, cursing. We felt unsafe, truly the worst experience ever."

"This hotel desperately need a refresh. Also there were some dried blood droplets on my duvet. The room was clean otherwise but the rugs and the walls and well everything is old and stained. The breakfast ladies were very nice. I would not stay here again."

"No visible staff, keys left in room and no real checking in process. No security lock."

"Staff friendly. Clean room. Great serene location with picnic benches on the Grand river."

"It was a HOLE never again What a joke"
