"The key was collected from the shop serving the petrol station which I didn’t know at the time. The actual rooms are located behind the building of Greggs and Subway hidden away from the main public area and road. My room was clean and the bathroom was clean and functional. Unfortunately the Roman blinds at the windows you couldn’t open and close which doesn’t...
"Great property and location with a stunning view of the the Axe valley, Axmouth and Seaton. Very hospitable hosts and an excellent breakfast. Nice lounge and good parking, great place for a resting break and plenty to do and see in the area."
"Arrived at the property and it has closed for business leaving us stranded at the height of summer when everything is booked up. We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. Shocking behaviour!! Beware of booking here, need to take it from your website! Doing a chargeback with credit card."

The communal kitchen are was beautiful however the induction hob didn’t work, a Pyrex oven dish that was filthy with caked on food, a couple of dirty pan and pan cupboard that needed cleaning, otherwise to a high spec finish....
"Beautiful setting with excellent biodiversity. Cabin itself is dated. Given that it’s on a fish farm it’s probably great as a base for fishing but wasn’t the best cabin I’ve booked for a family trip with two small children."
