"Through Expedia, I've been able to secure several nice stays for budget prices. This was a different, inferior experience. They tried to make it seem 'economy' .I was annoyed by automatic messages from 'Harry' telling me to text after 2 for a code, when check in started and when I'd arrive by pre-arranged means. I needed to swiftly check in but when I texted a little earlier to ensure my instructions arrived on time, I got an immediate response "19 mins and counting!" Then, when in the adjacent...

"The room was very clean and came with a nice moon-shaped batch tub with shower in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and gave me directions to the hotel, since it was hard to find, even using Satnav. I was able to get a free car parking space because they are limited, so that was a bonus. The room came with free continental breakfast, which was also a nice touch. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay on the sea harbour and highly recommend it to future travellers."

"Near to event, clean, tidy and quiet"

"First, the room was not as advertised on the number of people who could sleep in it I had to pay for another room for my kids. After, that we settled in and noticed the rooms were not cleaned. The bedding,floor and toilet was had dirt from the previous guest in fact I was too ashamed to let the staff know after paying extra money had to leave the next day as early as possible. "

"The pod was clean and tidy , we cut our 2 night stay because the shared toilets and showers are not very nice … huge crack In the shower so I wasn’t going to use that , taps in sink were nearly falling off … I couldn’t stay there any longer without showering"

"We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! "A lovely building to stay with parking; albeit a busy spot. The room was well presented with a sea view. Very comfy bed and almost everything we needed to relax , we just felt the bed side tables are too small and could add a coffee table to use next to the sofa and wall lights to gain space on bed tables. "I arrived a little late.. But was accommodated very well..and by welcoming staff, had a very comfortable stay/sleep in a double deluxe room. Great place and for the price you really can't go wrong. Would definitely book there again 100℅ Aka single female travelling with dog. And they are, also dog friendly 👍 Thank you guys x😁"
