"We were 9 guests; 4 adults, 5 kids. Family Ties suited us perfectly. The proximity of the rental to the Hideout’s pool and beach were awesome - if anyone wanted to go back early, we just walked! The lower level was great for the kids to go and hang out, leaving the adults some quiet relaxation upstairs lol. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. "This is not a luxury hotel - but this is a great property for getting away from it all with enough room for an extended family! The kitchen is huge and well stocked. Each room has its own window AC and several rooms have their own bathroom. The Dining Room/Sunroom/Living Room layout is great for large groups - we even moved tables around and fit our whole family (20 people) at one long table one night! Don't worry about packing linens and towels (except maybe a beach towel) as that is all taken...
