"Horrible"

"A fantastic property for the money. Close to the underground and local amenities. We booked a family room for three adults and had plenty of room. On site parking saves you extra cost that other Hotels charge. Very impressed."

"Very well-maintained property."

"Lovely, clean, well situated. Only issue was the noise, could hear every time other guests left, flushed loo etc so didn’t get much sleep. Would"

"Lovely warm and cosy room. Very comfortable. Just want you want when planning a trip to the area with the changing seasons. Great location for Downley Hill walks, West Wycombe and Princes Risborough, Aylesbury, Thames and Oxford. Nice helpful and obliging receptionist Narinder and the smiley guy whose name I cannot remember. Thanks, and see you again soon. 😃"

"Great friendly staff, I enjoyed my stay and it was great value for money."

"Kamers zijn echt vreselijk, slecht onderhouden alles zit los en is stoffig en beschimmeld. Blij dat ik maar 1 nachtje ben verbleven. Ontbijt was help jezelf maar echt niet een ontbijt waardig."

"Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel."

"All good 👍"

"The room was clean ok for a good nights sleep. The bed was comfy. But unfortunately there was a hot water issue in the hotel so we had not hot water at all.... Also a lack of plugs i the room to charge anything."

"Our room required to be renovated like the previous numbered rooms"

"I was very cold as the window wasnt great in my room. The seal on the bath needs replacing, I was too scared to take a proper shower."
