"The sink was partially clogged, the shower pressure was like I was standing in a light rain shower, the toilet had to flushed 2-3 times to get everything down. There was a very unexpected parking fee for $15 US, meanwhile by the time we got back from dinner we had to park in the farthest, darkest corner of the lot. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed for the season, which we were unaware of as our other hotel’s outdoor pool was open. However, the best was amazing."

"there was no mini fridge or microwave. and the AC didn't work that well. otherwise, the property was well maintained and quiet, there was also security that did rounds that made it feel more safe."

"Staff was very helpful upon arrival and recommended certain food options in the area. Overall satisfied with experience."

"They let me check on early and late checkout for a small fee. Much appreciated."

"Limited parking spaces, WiFi isn’t good, shower had mold around it."

"The best place in Sandy Spring"

"Our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet each morning had many options and was very good. We valet parked our car for our stay and the staff was very quick and courteous about getting it each time we requested it. Overall, a top notch place to stay."
