"The staff was friendly. I was unable to charge my phone because the outlet was not working. Reported the issue and nothing was done. The door was difficult to open. Ironing board falling apart. Had to iron on the bed. Bathroom was dusty. Clothes hangers were not in good condition. Shower is really small. Only got 2 small bars of facial soap. Thankfully I brought my own.
