"Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again, if we plan to go to this area again."

Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff.
Smashed tv with broken glass,kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm,huge crack in the outside pane of the window,hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing,shower didn’t work,uncomfortable bed full of springs,pillows paper thin,and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet.

"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first.

"Great location. It was ideal for what we needed it for. We found it hadn't really been cleaned properly. Bits of chedder crisps left underneath the side table . We had to wash up most of the bowls and saucepans before use as had dried bits of food on them. My son dropped a small toy that rolled just under the bed in the main bedroom, it was filthy under there. Think they do the bare minimum clean between each guests. "
"Although a one-bathroom cottage with a downstairs shower looked initially to be difficult for our party of five, we quickly came to terms with it and enjoyed our stay. With bedroom windows opened we enjoyed the early morning views and sounds of the north Norfolk coast. The property was ideally located close to downtown Wells. All in all - a hit👌"
"The pantiles is great for a chilled out relaxed holiday very guite with a nice garden to the rear and the village and surrounding areas are lovely. You have Banham zoo near by and we had an excellent meal at the Garden House pub.we drove to coast one day then shopping to Norwich another day.Will definitely go back again in the future."
