"The staff of this hotel was friendly and helpful. However, the overall quality of this facility is unsatisfactory. There is almost no soundproofing. We can hear people talking clearly from next door or in the hallway. The hygiene of this hotel is concerning. All my family members got bedbug bites, causing severe itching and swelling. We had to go to urgent care to get a prescribed medication. I recommend that the hotel thoroughly clean the bedding and linens."
