I stay at this place a lot. It is alway a good overnight stay. I have very high clean standards that are hard to meet. This place is pet friendly. Good breakfast and great service.

There were several things first one was the professional attitude I received upon entering the hotel nice friendly lady you don’t always get that and secondly the minute I walk in room I was very pleased to see a nice clean fresh room my stay was absolutely nice

The room was clean. The coffee pot didn’t work, but there was coffee downstairs. The bed was comfortable. There was a weird whooshing sound around the window that I couldn’t identify but it didn’t keep me awake.

Hampton Inn

It was difficult to find the driveway at night since there were no lights out by the driveway. Our stay was pleasant, the staff were friendly, and the warm breakfast was just what was needed to start the day.

Check in was easy and fast. Gayle was fantastic! Bed was comfortable and the room was spotless!! Breakfast was good and the lady that makes the waffles is a treasure. The only issue was that the AC did not work in our room but it was ok and I didn't even realize until morning. All in all, this is a great property.

This appeared to be a fairly new property or recently remodeled. Clean. Quiet Staff was friendly. The ice machine on our floor was not working but there was another machine. Breakfast options were good.

This stay was not a good experience.

We have stayed at this location a lot. Normally we do not have much issues. This trip the bed sheets were dirty. The front desk was happy to give me new sheets. Also the handicap shower was broken. Nothing could be done. I hope that these are one time issues and not the start of a pattern. My family really enjoys this hotel.

Best property near LeTourneau that we have tried. There are comparable on the north side of town, but on the south this hotel is by far the best. It is relatively new but seems to be maintained well. Although it was super cold the pool was green and there is not hot tub. Workout room isn't bad. We skipped breakfast and went next door to Cracker Barrel.

My room did not look clean at all. There was stains on the sheets, towels, and it looked like it was not even vacuumed. There was also used Q-tips in my room. Staff was friendly. The whole building needed a cleaning.

Overall it was a nice stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The main areas are nice and modern. The room was disappointing for the price. The bathroom floors were dirty, the complimentary soap was used and placed back in the box (still wet), the sliding bathroom door (lock?) was broken, the main room carpet was frayed, and the curtain switch didnt work. The bed was very uncomfortable... we tossed and turned most of the night. The elvators sounded like they were about to snap... which was unnerving. Breakfast was okay. Parking lotbis very well lit and the overall feel of the area is very safe. It was quiet and peaceful at night. I would stay here again in a pinch or for a short trip just on the friendliness of staff.

The hotel is located right next door to a Cracker Barrel and isn't far from other restaurants. There is also a Walmart close by. The driveway is a bit tricky to see at first since there is some construction going on. It's also conveniently located next to I-20. The room was clean and updated. A/C was great. Shower pressure was nice. The bed was pretty comfortable. The only issue was with the toilet's flushing power being too low I think, but it was mainly just a mild inconvenience. Front desk staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were kind, courteous, and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast staff noticed I was struggling with my 3 year old and offered to grab me something since I was too focused on her to really get anything for myself. That small act of kindness really made my day.

Clean and comfortable

Our room was clean and spacious. Just right for what we were wanting. The design of the room darkening shades is great and should be adopted by all hotels. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. The lobby area was comfortable and roomy and made for a great place to hang out with friends. All in all, this would be at the top of our list for any return trips. Two minor complaints: 1 - Despite what the sign in the bathroom claims, you can't get toothpaste at the front desk if you forget yours. 2 - The printer isn't working, but there's no sign to indicate this. Instead you follow the instructions, find it doesn't work, talk to the front desk, and then learn that they knew this. How about an "out of order" sign?

Paid for suite. Got studio. Manager made no effor

Week one, paid for a studio room. Very nice as was expected. Week two paid extra to upgrade to the suite. Arrive at the hotel and it’s the same room. I call the front desk and tell them that they put me in a studio, and I paid for the suite. Front desk informs me they don’t have a suite. I said no problem, refund me the difference I paid for the larger room. She referred me to the manager Who I spoke with the next day. He basically rolled his eyes and said there is nothing he could do. Made “0”ZERO effort to try and fix this. Wouldn’t even make a phone call. Told me to deal with hotels.com because it wasn’t his fault that this hotel doesn’t have a suite.
