"The hotels.com site states there is a reataurant at the location, there is but only open until 1500hrs, so that was a big issue as delivery was the next choice, pizza, indian etc not a great option and a minimium of £30 to get a delivery, a pain on your own. I then had an issue closing the room window as that neess maintenance, the tv controls were next, there were none and the great staff had to find a spare set. The staff were great and the pub nice, accomodation was tired and not in walking...

"Our stay at the Cherry Tree was a comfortable stay for a business trip. The checking in system was efficient and the notifications from the owners were received in a timely manner and were very helpful and friendly in manner. We will definitely consider staying again on future business trips."

"Upon booking I received a message from the property saying that check in was between 2-10 pm and to get in contact with them if arriving outside those hours. Below was information on the bar. It said bar/kitchen CLOSED on Mondays. When I arrived on Monday at 4:30 pm, the bar was closed but there was noone to check in and receive the keys from. I understand now that if the bar is closed - there is noone AT ALL in the property, even between 2-10. I had to fish through the internet to find a...

"Gute Lage, um schnell mit dem Bus in die Stadt zu fahren. Der Spielplatz gegenüber und Park in der Nähe sind toll für Kinder. Es gibt wenige Parkplätze, aber es gab wenige andere Gäste, sodass wir einen Platz bekommen haben. Es gibt einen self check-in service, es ist also eher unpersönlich und es ist normalerweise scheinbar niemand vor Ort."

"Clean easy to find premises close to Oxford city centre."

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"The property belongs to the university. It is walkable to many iconic Oxford buildings. Totally recommend it."

"Good value, and nice to have a kitchen. The fittings are fairly new, and everything worked well. There was no documentation with the studio, e.g. nothing to say what to put in each of the four bins (important for non-UK visitors), or what the various switches do (including those in cupboards). My studio was on Cowley road. Despite being on the third floor, it was quite noisy. There didn't appear to be any air conditioning, and my visit coincided with a heat wave, making sleep difficult. The...

"Lovely staff and comfy bed, We were late for breakfast but the were still happy to serve us. The pub has recently been under new management so they are busy with improvements. Would happily return,"
