The parking is not in the building, but there is a convenient parkling lot quite close. Only one recommendation, the bath has see through walls from the room. This is on the other side of San Sebastián so added several km to an already long hike...in addition the check in process is the worst I've ever experienced. It took us 2 hours + as there is no person at the front desk to help. I was literally standing at an intercom with 7 others waiting for almost 2 hours! there has to be a more accessible way for those on the go to not have to enter every person' information. A front...

"Lovely boutique hotel located close to the rural town of Oñati and the Sanctuary of Arantzazu. The hotel is well located both within the Basque countryside but also within walking distance of the town (20 minutes), which affords many bars and restaurants (indeed a disproportionate number for so a small a town - I counted about 20!) I enjoyed the scenery and going on walks in the countryside and there's even the Usako waterfalls a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is well equipped with a restaurant...
