"One of the two beds was broken with wooden slats with nails sticking out of them falling from bottom of the bed - bed then leaned to one side- when we called manager she offered room with one bed and no heat - when we opened back window room filled with gas smell - other residents complained the heat was not working on second floor - mirrors were tiny and lighting was awful making it impossible to get ready for a wedding"

"Staff was very helpful when we forgot something from home"

Parking was available right outside the house. Terri put out a wonderful spread for breakfast. She had many delicious items on a beautifully laid out table."
