"A very kind receptionist was able to accommodate me in a brand new refurbished room,with a kitchenette facility,as a free upgrade,and at an earlier checking in. That enabled me to continue with the work in a peaceful environment,accompanied by the bird song throughout. Away from the bustle of the city centre,yet very close,within a walking distance,within this part of the conservation area. Definitely great potential there."

"My husband and I stayed here for 1 night and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The surrounding areas/gardens were kept lovely (especially the bunnies!). The towels, bed linen and pillows were all of good quality & our room was very spacious. Some TLC needed in areas such a grouting, limescale build up on the bath taps and chipped varnish on floor board but for the cost paid (£104) it was good value. "Very quiet, clean, and comfortable room. Slept well after a long walk. Steep stairs, which I’m perfectly fine with, but to be aware of if it’s a challenge for you! Convenient for a wide choice of places to eat in Wallingford"
