"I booked the room because it had a refrigerator. When we got there the one that was in the room was not working. And they put another one in that worked initially but by morning all of our food was hot. We had to throw it all out. And we found out the next morning that the door never locked. Anyone at any time could just push it open. The Continental breakfast was an absolute joke."

"Had to ask to be moved from the first room. Air conditioner was blowing hot air and noisy. Desk was rude and unhelpful. Check out desk person was clueless. Breakfast looked good and well stocked."
