"Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while...

"Pleasant and friendly check in, clean showers and bathroom."

"The property itself was great but there are a few areas that could be improved, particularly the pillows and breakfast. The pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked proper support. Providing firmer or more supportive pillow options would greatly enhance guest comfort. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great however there were limited meat options available. "Room in bad state; taps leaked, towel holders collapsed, kitchen Venetian blinds not working; air con failed to work; broken down furniture, only 1 fan in lounge; no AC, no fan, we couldn’t sleep…, slept on the floor. Worst nightmare staying here."

"Old uncomfortable mattress. Very dodgy bathroom. TV very very small. Can’t adjust tv channels and volume."

"4night stay and regret choosing the hotel. Room was dirty for the 4 days, not once cleaned properly. Wifi is non existent! Noisy room and poorly equipped. The staff were of no help at all whilst there, everything seems like a pain for them and they simply just didn’t want you there. The room is not what a superior queen looked like online. Hotels.com should remove from their stay list."
