The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom very narrow and difficult to move inside. The breakfast was just ok. The hotel is good to sleep only even if it's close to the beach."

Suggested several good local restaurants to eat in. Pool great temperature for kids but yikes could do with a bit of a clean (as could the outdoor shower head!)."

The property manager, Catarina, went above and beyond to help assist me during my stay. She helped make dinner reservations, booked a motorbike rental and even dropped me off at the bus station in Heraklion after check out!! Outstanding customer service. This place is a gem, BOOK IMMEDIATELY!! "

"My reserved and confirmed room was not available because another guest did not check out. They made arrangements for me to stay at an apartment/hotel about 1/3 mile away. New room was fine and proprietors there were very nice (Sea View Apartments). But, a hassle since parking is so hard to find and spent lots of time corcling to try to find oarking spot near first place. The lady at the desk was accommodating, the boss who had to take me to second place was i diffetent at best."
