Thoroughly enjoyed our week here in one of the Junior Suites - lovely to wake up to a beautiful sea view. All staff demonstrated the highest levels of politeness, friendliness and helpfulness throughout the stay, with a special mention to Vicky on reception, who was an absolute fount of knowledge and suggestions. Many thanks to everyone for making our visit so wonderful.

We had a lovely stay. Staff was very sweet. Small things like old stains on the towels. The pool could have used a little cleaning on the bottom and a few things in the room needed a little help. The service is great though, and the staff very helpful and sweet. We got to store pur luggage there and stay by the pool long after checkout because of late flight. Would definetely recommend. Just next to the beach and a lot of restaurants

The hotel is very homy . Front desk ladies are very pleasant and helpful . Hotel is located close to everything and it’s walking distance . Crete sea is right next to it . Feeling of safety is in the air . Loved our stay .

Our rooms were nice but the staff was not very friendly. There was easy walking to groceries and food. Nice outside patio space to sit outside our rooms. The staff just wasn't welcoming and made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

This property was suggested by ebooker's rep. after failing to original book online. This studio apartment was superb with all necessary newly equipped furniture and fantastic sea/beach view from the bedroom. Also in quiet location in front with open square. Restaurant , Bar, & reception staffs very helpful. Option to have towels & bedsheets change frequently. I would definitely go again here

Nothing special..

Hotel is located closer to the beach and that's only positive thing about it. Free parking is on street and on off the facility parking area nearby. We were lucky to always find parking spot, not sure what to do if you come very late at night and no spots available. Hotel located between beach and residential area. Some surrounding area looks bit economically depressed but that's part of the experience. Hotel rooms are fine and clean but bathroom situation soured our experience. Bathroom are small and thats fine but some rooms are missing glass partition between shower area and toilet (and some rooms have very sort partition) so when you take shower then water splashes every where including toilet, we didn't like this situation. We were also not informed of room service policies, they don't replace towels or clean room everyday (they only take rubbish everyday)..full service is every second or third day, lady at reception wasn't completely clear on it. We didn't get breakfast at hotel (I think 15€ each adult) instead walk few blocks and got it from close by bakeries.

Fint opphold for noen dager

Vi var en familie på 4, alt fint. Rommet var rent og moderne, sengene gode. Ordinær frokost - som er helt innafor. Basseng og solsenger er fint, alt rent. Mat i baren er også gode. Kort avstand til strand og rolig omgivelser , veldig behagelig. Eneste ulempe jeg har å si er parkeringen. Var stress med bil hittil, så anbefales ikke å ha bil med her. Det finnes dog masse leiebil rundt på stedet man kan leie ved behov. Og dyne kunne vært bedre , vi sov med et tynt pledd som var noe ubehagelig. Ellers bar fint

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Uns wurden gleich beim Check in infos für die Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und Restaurantsempfehlungen. Strand ist 1‘ zu Fuß entfernt und die Altstadt von Rethymno 20‘ mit dem Auto. Einziger Nachteil: geringe Parkmöglichkeiten

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter*innen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und hat gute Liegemöglichkeiten. Innerhalb von einer Minute ist man am Strand. Verschiedene Einkaufsläden sind in wenigen Gehminuten z erreichen. - die Türen sind sehr hellhörig, wodurch man schon früh durch die Stimmen beim Frühstück oder Gäste die sich unterhalten geweckt wird.

Ett mindre, väldigt mysigt hotell på bra läge. Väldigt trevlig personal! Rent och prydligt. Mycket god frukostbuffé! Liten, fin pool. Aldrig problem att få en solstol. Mycket nära till stranden. Restauranger och minimarket i närheten. Tog taxi in till gamla stan i Rethymnon på kvällen ibland.

Top notch Aristea apartments

Wij logeerden in de recent gebouwde appartementen van het hotel. Ruime, mooi ingerichte suites met zicht op zee. Zeer vriendelijk, efficiënt personeel ( zowel de dames aan de check-in balie als het keukenpersoneel en de poetshulp evenals de man aan de bar). Rustige buurt met diverse zeer goede restaurants in de nabije omgeving. Gratis gebruik van strandstoelen aan zee. Winkels en openbaar vervoer in de wijk. Leuke ervaring!

Très bon accueil

Les personnes a l'accueil sont tres accueillantes et nous on donné plein de conseils pour les choses à voir dans les environs. La piscine est très bien et tout est très propre. La cuisine est vraiment d'appoint, juste assez de vaisselle pour 3 et les plaques sont tres longues a chauffer. La literie est sans doute tres récente mais très ferme. La salle de bain est très moderne (grande douche). Le prix du petit dejeuner est un peu élevé (10 euros) Un très bon sejour tout de même et la plage est à 3 min a pied.

Das Hotel ist zwar ein Zwei-Stern-Hotel, dies jedoch der oberen Klasse. Sehr gut gelegen, sauber, bequeme Betten und freundliches Personal. Preis-Leistung passt auf jeden Fall! Echt empfehlenswert!
