"I took my family on a trip and when we first got to our mini home, there was crumbs and dirt all over the floors and tables, the bed covers were torn and it advertised free wifi and tv. We had neither. I called front desk and they were lovely but all over the place! The staff was under knowledgeable and kept transferring me back and forth, after an hour. "Susan hosted a great stay for my wife and I over four days. The house and room were tidy, and the breakfast offerings were the best bar none. The front porch overlooked a well-manicured lawn on a very quiet street. Susan gave us some history of the area and pointed out stores and restaurants in the area. We were never disappointed. This was a first visit for us to this area and we hope that we can visit Susan again next year. "
