"Room didn’t match the pictures online, bathroom had mould on the roof and was generally average. Mattress dipped in the middle. The reception didn’t let us keep our key which we googled and saw is normal in Europe but after 22 European countries I have never experienced it. Area around the hotel is a bit dodgy but that’s not their fault "
