"Disappointed. Room shabby, No bedside cabinets, reading lights. Only one widow with broken blind, outlook another building separated only by a narrow gap full of rubbish. Only Asian food on offer. No over sink light. The staff were polite and pleasant but we will not be returning to this property."

So much so that they didn’t explain to me that in the morning there was a back door you have to exit from, without knowing this information I found myself locked in the property with no idea how to get out. This made me very late for work. My room was boiling, and wasn’t advertised that it had no windows that opened to the outside.
