"The rooms smelled smoky. I was moved to another room that smelled like covered up smoke. Wet hair was on the floor by the bed. The refrigerator was not clean and smelled. It looked like it was found on the side of a curb. There was no microwave. Pictures show a pool which of course was not operating. "The room was well kept but I had no room service between night 2 and 3. When I first got there to check in there was nobody at the desk for about 10 mins. I had to call the desk to get someone there. The gentleman there was okay but showed no welcoming or congenial attitude. This morning before I left the trash can in the breakfast area and out front were overflowing. There was no milk for cereal and no half and half for coffee.
