"My son had stayed there before, his room seemed more updated than ours. The rate for our room was really high due to the fact that it was SOU’s graduation weekend, that was sort of a bummer to see the rate increase. I didn’t really like the self check in, especially when they had staff in the office available. You’re tired from traveling, I just want someone to check my id, hand me my room key, and send me on my way with a smile. Our room did not look like the “suite” we booked online at all....

"Staff was courteous and rooms were decent. The air conditioner could have been better. Felt like it was blowing slightly cold air but we were still sweating in our room. Just wasn’t working properly. Otherwise the stay was good."

"The rooms were spacious and clean. There was no kleenex in the room and no hair dryer. Who ever was on the floor above was noisy and it sounded like they kept running back and forth in the room and opening and closing drawers until the wee hours in the morning and also early in the morning so we did not get a goods night sleep. It is too bad you do not offer a morning breakfast."
