"Our stay at the Cherry Tree was a comfortable stay for a business trip. The checking in system was efficient and the notifications from the owners were received in a timely manner and were very helpful and friendly in manner. We will definitely consider staying again on future business trips."

"There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. We obviously didn't cancel and rocked up to find the room that they allocated to us was occupied and we needed another room. Luckily there was one available but we had to pay at the time. "Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight)."

"Was already packed and in Slough to check in and was told at 430pm on the day of check in that my booking had been cancelled even though I paid for it in full 2months prior!! NO email or call or notification was given to me that it had been cancelled!! The owner was no help and had no clue as to why the payment hadn't reached him even though the monies were deducted from my account!! Absolute disgrace!! Avoid at all costs!!"
