"We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. We arrived to find that the pool heater was not working. We were not informed of this prior to arrival. Our party of 6 kids were very disappointed. The front desk staff were not informed of the pool heater status. The rooms had a musty smell. Some of the rooms were cleaned daily and others were not. I expected a better overall experience."
