"I am writing to formally express our dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and overall condition of the room assigned to one of our employees during her stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant odor and appeared to be dirty and poorly maintained. These conditions were unacceptable and fell below the basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene that guests should expect from a hotel. We believe that every guest deserves a clean, fresh, and comfortable environment....

"My stay was awful. The elevator was broken and I am a disabled veteran. It was a struggle to get up the stairs and when we got there, although the sheets appeared clean, the walls, floor and stove were FILTHY. I actually had to buy cleaning supplies to fix the room as no other rooms were available. Staff was not at the desk and towels were barely available. Also, the back door was broken and wide open. My room was missing a top lock on the door. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Roaches and loud patrons. Bleh facility and they should be ashamed of themselves being next to the airport running such a establishment. To add, THERE ARE NO HAIR BLOW DRYERS HERE. The associate looked at me weird when I asked for one after having been moved to another room, because the roach that was in my first room on the first floor. Cant recommended!"

"Hotel was very clean, staff was very nice. The room carpet a bit stained but nothing too bad . The AC In the room worked very well, tv had app options to sign into. Breakfast was amazing many options , cereal , waffles to breakfast sandwiches and burritos. The beds were very comfortable, pillows were a bit small. Quiet small hotel, very lovely. This will be my to go when visiting Austin."
