"Just needs a refresh in general a little tired .bathroom grout needs attention and the bedroom curtains had what looked like tea stains on , missing one bed side cabinet and the other had edging tape missing . For the money we paid I am not complaining, the bed and bedroom in general was loverly and clean ."

"Clean and comfortable"

"Excellent equipped and clean room, highly recommended"

"Nice modern apartment. Conveniently located. Reasonable price. Had read reviews about it being noisy with the rooms being close to local pubs, however, we found it to be very quiet during our stay. Overall excellent!"

"Great - clean and not too far in a taxi from Sowerby Bridge (steep incline if walking!)"

"No early bag drop or luggage holding, but it was good."

"For value, comfort and service - I couldn’t fault our stay!"

Contacted Hotels.com explaining the situation and they had been unable to make contact with the Hotel initially. And now I’m left out of...
