"The room was clean and staff was good but the bathroom door had no lock? The bathroom door is a sliding door with no seal so anyone in the room can hear anything in the bathroom not to mention there was no switch for a bathroom fan. The view from the window was an ugly lot. Breakfast was dry and eggs and sausage not tasty."

"Hotel was great. A little disappointed in the breakfast, I have had much better free ones at other chains. Sausage was not browned and instant scrambled eggs were rubbery. Not much else in the selection other than cereal and bagels / bread. "

"Hotel is very clean. Beds are amazing. Front desk staff was good. Cafeteria staff was okay. Bread was in drawers 👌 but tongs for tge bread would've been good for hygiene. Waffles were good. Remember there are no elevators but it is only one flight of stairs and the girl at the front desk helped my sister"
