"The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. The manager and chef provided recommendations for places to visit by car. We enjoyed our stay here, part of a longer touring...

"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

"Property was difficult to find given the lack of signage. We had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs as there was no lift. "

"Der Gastgeber war am Anfang sehr freundlich, nette mails. Als wir dann dort waren, haben grundlegende Dinge gefehlt. Z.B. 2 Handtücher, Tassen waren nur 2 da. Geschirr nur für 4 Personen, Besteck nur für 3, keine Geschirrtücher, Seifenspender nur bodenbedeckt gefüllt. Heizung war ausgeschaltet. Die oberen Zimmer haben keine Heizung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet und gewartet. Nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage, wurden uns die fehlenden Gegenstände zwar versprochen, aber nicht geliefert....
