"Reception staff at both arrival and check out were totally uninterested. The room was okay, but the balcony and the balcony furniture was really dirty. TV had only a few weird channels, and the room was far from soundproof, which resulted in us waking up around 4:00 AM by other guests arriving back from an evening out."
