The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "We didn’t stay! As the hotel decided to cancel the evening before the Coldplay concert due to weather! What absolute rubbish. So disappointed and would never consider staying there again. Even paid upfront and booked months in advance. If I had have cancelled within 24 hours I would have been charged! We had to book another hotel which cost us above the odds just so we could attend the concert. A very upsetting and stressful experience. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. "
