"Most staff was really friendly, but on our first night back at the hotel it was 12:30am and the person in charge at reception got really rude and told us that he had to stay awake just waiting for us to be back. That at the hotel we needed to be back by 12 midnight!!!! Since when do we have a curfew time at a hotel?? Besides the receptionist before him said that the lobby was open 24hrs and he was a really nice person. About the area, it’s not a nice place to be out at night. It’s really close...

"To visit Venice is very close and very easy transportation which was so convenient for day time activities. Additionally hosts were very nice to call us a taxi whenever we needed one. Overall very nice people here in the Hotel"

"Wunderschönes Hotel, tolle Lage, nette und sehr engagierte Mitarbeiter. Leider war im Bad massiv Schimmel an der Decke über der Dusche. Das wurde zwar - nachdem wir es gemeldet hatten - versucht zu entfernen, Reste blieben jedoch erhalten und durch die Reinigung stank das gesamte Zimmer anschließend sehr nach Chlor (was zu Atemproblemen führte, ich bin Asthmatikerin). Dennoch - der Versuch war da und das ist viel Wert. Daher: Service absolut super!"
