"Property is very run down. Chairs were actually broken and a hinge missing on the door. Door frame looked like it had been kicked in at some time."

"This is your typical low budget hotel near a convention center. The hotel and rooms were not in great condition; scuffed walls, water damage ceilings, clogged shower, air gap in sliding door, noisy heater unit, warped bathroom tile causing door to scrap. The positive was the price and distance near the convention center and a Starbucks. Parking was close and seemed safe. I would stay there again."
