"Jenny at the front desk was wonderful!! I loved the property and the location!!"

"Clean and cheap!"

"This was a great location! It had a stream running behind it, I spent a lot of time out on my balcony. The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast staff was terrific. WILL stay again!"

"Very nice, clean and convenient to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. They serve a very nice breakfast."

"Avoid this place, it smells horrible, the staff is not helpful, refused to address any issues and lied about a refund. There are way better places at the same price or cheaper, in the area. I have traveled a lot in the area, this is by far the worst, I left in the middle of the night if that tells you anything."

"The location was perfect and there is self-serve hot breakfast every morning. Don't expect clean towels, hand towels, or wash cloths, toilet paper, or trash bags unless you find the two "housemen" that clean the room after you leave. Absolutely no cleaning is done until after you leave. Front desk told us to leave dirty linens outside, along with trash, but over 12 hours later they were still there. "It is what it is."

"Very nice people. Pool was good. Room was clean and breakfast was great."

"We had a clean and comfortable stay. Grounds and hotel were nicely kept. We would stay again."

"Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

"Clean room, good breakfast but items were not ready and people had to wait, air and heat, good location with food in walking distance and stores."

"Needs more parking or assigned parking"

"They didn't have a stopper for the bathroom sink. The furniture was out dated. The rug felt dirty. You could see through the curtains. Is was a hassle trying to get up with staff. Not one did they offer clean towels or to clean room. I took out the trash myself and had no bags for the trash can. The ice bucket was cracked on the buttom. So I took the liberty to throw it out. The only thing I like about it the price was reasonable."
