"I stayed here by myself for 2 nights. Check-in was fast & smooth, & literally took just a few minutes. The hotel is dated, with old fashioned carpets, & furniture, & the lift is very old & has a 2 door system. Staff were friendly & helpful, & helped when I couldn't figure out how to work the TV! The room - again this space was dated, but comfy & clean, however the carpet was a little worn, ruffled in places, & frayed around the edges. My room had 3 beds, I'm assuming that this is their family...

If you get lucky you may park at the hotel, not a lot of spaces though but that’s not a big problem as car park is literally opposite hotel. Communication with hotel 5 , lady I was talking with she was brilliant. We left all nice and tidy as it was when we came. "We were relocated to the other hotel- the Dolfin hotel. We were very tired and we had to walk there about 20 minutes. There was two men sitting in the garden staring at our window. It was creepy. I think they work there because they where at hotel every night. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. "
