"We loved our stay at the Britannique Hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming, even encouraging my halting attempts at speaking French. We especially appreciated being allowed to check in hours early, as we arrived tired after a lengthy redeye. The room was cozy but extremely comfortable, the hotel decor was tasteful, and breakfast was delicious (buffet style with all the French trimmings). Best of all, the location is without equal, offering short walks to the Seine and myriad local shops and cafes. "Conveniently located near the Louvre with several cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff was outstandingly helpful and so pleasant. Reception desk workers and some restaurant staff spoke English. All were so patient and kind with my rudimentary French. "
