"The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are clean, and the resturant is great. The free water bottles are a good touch also. But what stood out is the staff. They were all very attentive but special attention should be paid to Laurence who made the impossible happen. She was able to secure me a Royal Suite for my mom. It was mom’s first time in Paris and it made the difference waking up in that room with the view of the Eiffel Tower every morning. Laurence thank you for making the experience unforgettable. "

It had not arrived by the time i checked in, but the staff accepted the package after i had checked out and let me know when it arrived. They were helpful, polite and attentive.
