"Cozy home stay located at hill side with beautiful mountain view. Rooms are well kept and nicely decorated. The breakfast and dinner prepared by the host was really yummy and well presented. Highly recommended to those who wish to stay in Tsurui.

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The air conditioner was not working well, making the room extremely hot throughout the night, even with the windows open. To cope, I had to tilt the air purifier to point at me just to cool down a bit.
On the positive side, the water pressure in the shower was generally good, making for a decent short shower. However, the WiFi was incredibly slow and almost unusable, which was quite frustrating.

"The hotel parking was difficult to find, ended up parking in a city lot that cost a bit extra. It’s located on a busy road, so it lacks a proper arrival area. It’s close to restaurants and the main area of Kushiro. I thought the room was comfortable and the free breakfast decent."

"What an amazing stay with great food and onsen. The room is spacious and beds are very comfortable, clean and soft. The onsen is with high quality water, a bit busy and clean and therapeutical. It has 2 massage chairs and with gorgeous 13th floor roof-top views. The staff are always trying the provide best possible service to us. We can feel the difference when we are staying at Dormy Inn. "This is the best hotel we have stayed at so far! The room was definitely spacious especially based on our experience in Japan! Each of the two beds was full size very comfortable for both of us. Bed linen and towels were of good quality. Room was clean and service was attentive. The hotel staff (reception and concierge)were bery polite and tried to be as helpful as they could despite the language barrier. With google translate we were able to accomplish all we wanted. The breakfast buffet had both Japanese items and western stuff, very good. We are extremely pleased with this hotel and their provisions. Definitely recommend it and will stay here again if we come back to Kushiro!"
