建物全体は多少古さを感じましたが、部屋は綺麗でした。 温泉も浴場の作りはかなり古さを感じましたが、いいお湯でした。 朝ごはんが素晴らしかった。 朝ごはんをしっかり食べたい方にはお勧めです。

Hot springs was very good but here were a lot of stairs, so I was quite tired. Beakfast was very good. I booked a river view room but the room was given was on the second floor and reiver side room only. I could not actually see the river from the room.

観光で利用 低層階かつ日当たりの悪い部屋が当たった、 窓はあるが隣の建物が接近しており 全面に柄物のウインドウシールが 貼ってあるので 朝起きてカーテンを開けると 天気さえもわからず実質窓なし眺望なしの部屋、 温泉と朝食は良かったが 高めの料金なのに予約時に 部屋についての注釈は一切 書いておらず大変気分が悪かった

コンセントがベッド周りにない。 大浴場、裸でエレベーターに乗るのも嫌だった。 日帰り客が多すぎて、混雑していたのも嫌だった。 駐車場の係員がいなくて、車が大行列だった。 とにかくいかにも田舎のホテルという感じ。

天然温泉なバイキング等、ホテルの設備やサービスが気に入り、何回もリピ利用しています。スタッフの対応も良く、気持ちよく連泊できますが、今回はチェックイン時のフロントの男性スタッフの対応が横柄で、気分を害しました。若いのか中堅か分からないですがフロントはホテルの顔です。ホスピタリティの気持ちを今一度学んでいただきたいいです。

Mooの近くにあるので釧路駅まで行かなくてもツアーや空港バスの乗降点に使えて便利でした。食事へ出るのも立地が良くすべて徒歩数分圏内。ホテル自体も綺麗でしたが部屋の浴槽の排水がイマイチでシャワーの水量に排水が追いつかずすぐに水が足元に溜まってしまうのが残念でした。

部屋の広さも申し分なく、宿泊者は温泉が夜中も利用できるので遅くなっても入れたのは良かったです。 部屋着はセパレートタイプのサムイです。 朝食会場の眺めがとても良い。 いくらや刺身といった漁師街っぽいメニューはないものの、たらこなどを食べました。 駅寄りではないが、空港バスはMOOからもあるので問題なし。 むしろ繁華街の中にあり利便性は高いです。

酒店位處海邊，附近一帶都很熱鬧，食店很多，留意酒店有分開兩幢，大堂這邊的本館翻新了，房間很新淨，空間不算多，浴室內沒有浴缸，只有企缸，更適合我，酒店有浴場，浴衣可以在大堂souvenir shop取，亦可借用枕頭。朋友住在西館，暫時仍未翻新，會比較舊，訂房時要留意
