"Overall “WeBase - Hiroshima” was convenient, walkable and located close to transport, shopping, dinning and sight seeing. Bunks where comfy and staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. My only issue was that the room/bunk we extremely warm so if you find it hard to sleep in the heat this place may not be the best for you or maybe bring a fan? Other than melting well I slept the place was quite nice and was easy to get too and from."

"Had a great stay only have one misgivings, as senior citizen would have been happy to stay at second floor instead of third floor. Checked in and the staff took care to bring my luggage upstairs but checked out early and had to do it very carefully going down. All in all staffs was very friendly and helpful and gave good restaurant recommendations and tram schedules."

"Nice enough for a hostel. The private room we booked only had walls 80% of the height, they were open to the bunk room at the top. Still it was the same price as two bunks so nice to have the room to move around and some extra privacy. "

"I can only comment on customer service as the recent Typhoon prevented us from traveling. They really take their no cancellation policy seriously and will not even give you a refund in the case of a natural disaster preventing you from traveling. Extremely unimpressed by this place and would not recommend booking with them. Took them 5 days to even respond to my cancellation request."
