"The place was great, clean, spacious, and everything worked. The location was close to an exit so it didnt require you to take too many stairs and the exit lead you to the train. Yes you can hear the train and the view was of the wall but honestly not bad at all since didnt soend much time there anyways "

"Beautiful sea view from the room and terrace! Very quiet as off peak season and it was great to stay. First in the morning, no one is in front of sea, having a coffee at terrace.. so nice!"

"Pros: Not too far from the train station, easyto find the bar where we checked in (tho I sure needed to be led up the maze of stairs to the room!), good price. Cons: Noisy. Thin walls let us hear neighbors way too clearly. Sound proofing on windows was good, but not enough to completely shut out the rowdy patrons at the bar downstairs. And we never got the AC to turn on, tho it was cool enough by the evening that we got by without it. "

"Admittedly we booked this room in tbe afternoon, but it said check in was until 8 p.m. We got to the address indicated at around 6 p.m. but could not find a buzzer. Called the local phone number and they sent a link via WhatsApp to complete check in information online. This included having to take and send photos of passports, and paying the local tax using an online platform. After doing that, we were then informed that the room was 500 metres away. When we got there, again there was no buzzer...

"A quaint place with so much space. The included breakfast was satisfying and stayed with the local nuances. Only downfall, the villages closes so early at night, leaving you with nothing to do so a TV in the room would be nice. "

"Although the room is small, there is a small patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Many tv channels, albeit Italian only and the the tv is very small. The staff are excellent, helping on arrival and for any questions you might have. It’s near the top of a hill, about 200m from the main square/ocean. There are many restaurants and shops en route. The owner provides QR codes for everything you need (food, travel, etc)."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. We had the room with a terrace near the clock tower. Thankfully the bells did not start until 7, and they stopped at 10 pm. Lovely view, lovely staff. Easy access to everything. Very much enjoyed. "

Truth to be told - Bonassola is what we decided to all one of "Our places" to come back and enjoy. But those church bells... who on earth needs exact time during night? 1 in 1000 people?"

"The pictures don’t do this property justice, I expected my room to feel small and claustrophobic, but it was actually very bright and airy with a gorgeous view of the town. Service was amazing and eleonora was just lovely. She helped me recover a pair of lost AirPods. "

"Chambre confortable et en parfait état avec très jolie salle de bain neuve attenante dans appartement entièrement refait à neuf. Très excentré dans quartier calme mais rien au tour. Bus proche sinon 35 /40 mn au soleil pour atteindre le bateau ou le train pour les Cinque Terre. L'hôtesse est gentille mais ne parle qu’italien donc difficile de communiquer et au moment de payer elle n’accepte que le liquide alors qu’il est marqué sur la réservation « prélevé par l’hôtel ». Petit déjeuner frugal :...
