Definitely not accessible as it does not have a lift but the exercise was worth it! One suggestion is that if you are being referred to the Hotel Don Miguel it would be advisable to inform your clients prior to their arrival. Stand firm and do not let them transfer you to Don Miguel as the management leaves much to be desired there and a lesson in customer could be taken from...

"My initial impression was dubious but on entering the building I was amazed at the beautiful and unique layout of the property. Although my bedroom (#4) was rather small, I was impressed by the high quality of the decorations. The shower facility was of a high standard. The rooftop terrace has been refurbished into a “chill out” area giving wonderful 360 degree views of the surroundings including a view of the distant castle.
